A very light almost translucent orange color, with a nice fluffy tan head. Aroma is all citrus fruits, and that is pretty much what dominates the flavor as well. This is like sucking on an orange. The mouthfeel has a great hop profile, wonderful acidity, but just not much for body and maltiness. An enjoyable beer, but forgettable.

Sep 3, 2008 (Bottle) Pale orange. Hazy. Medium sized quickly disappearing white head. Grassy nose. Medium bodied palate with lot of carbonation. Grass, grapefruit, bitterness, citric flavours in general and fruitiness in taste. Long fruity and bitter aftertaste.

Hazy orange color, decent off-white head. Rye-bready, honeyish hoppy aroma. Bready, hoppy, pale malty with crisp carbonation. Some sweetness in the aftertaste. Not really IPA, more like an APA. Quite similar to NC’s Red Seal Ale.

Sep 1, 2008 I like Nik925 description, calling it an "India Pale Lager." Malts are thicker than you find in most IPA’s and the hops are barely noticeable hiding underneath the yeast. This is a lager with a fair hop bite, but thats just my opinion.

Sep 1, 2008 Poorly hopped, thin flavors. I would describe it as a India Pale Lager as there is the yeast notes are that of a lager. Metallic, thin, yet still too bitter at the same time. A average beer, but a poor IPA.

Aug 31, 2008 Lightly hazy golden pour with a small foamy head that dissolved away. Aroma of light pine hops and toasted caramel malt. Flavor is much the same, with the hops barely beating out the malt. Nothing really amazing here, just a fairly standard 6 pack IPA.
