ACME CALIFORNIA PALE ALE is a smooth, clean ale with faint citrus and honey flavor notes and a dry finish. It is brewed with Yakima Valley hops and the finest American two-row malt, but with a measure of British specialty malt for depth. This easy drinking pale ale is a "session beer" which will be welcomed at neighborhood taverns and restaurants (and refrigerators) throughout the west.

Golden Amber colour, head held out for quite awhile before disappating. Far to malty sweet for the style. A bit thin as well. Lackluster.

Not a bad Pale Ale. Light copper color with a decent head. Some hops in the aroma, pretty smooth taste, not all that bad balance. Light bodied. Overall OK.

Impressive 50% head and nice sticky lace over deep golden beer. Malty aroma. Light bodied and heavily based on cereal-malt flavors, this isn't well labeled as a pale ale ...

Nice floral hops on the nose, light copper colour. A nice stab at an APA, but I'm just not crazy about honeyish malts in a pale. Reminds me a little of Anchor Steam, but not quite as strong. Decent hop presence up front, but it's quickly pushed off the palate by the malt and stays off for the remainder of the glass.

Pours tranparent copper color with a 2.0 cm white head. Quickly dissipating. Aroma is faint--maybe a little malt in there with faint hops, if any. Sour hoppy start and middle with a malty sweet finish. Not terribly memorable, but like the description says, it's a good session beer which is very drinkable.

Clear, light golden. Thin head, nice lace. Aroma is nearly non-exsistent, I get a sall hint of grain and hops and I mean small. Medium bodied, creamy, understated malts and hops. No style at all. At least soup it up with some hops, geez. Don't know what to say, it doesn't taste bad, just not alot here. My first homebrew had more elements to it. Nice body though.

Orange brown color, small white head. Soapy hop aroma. Ceral like malt flavors, slight fruit touch, weak hop finish.

Smooth, light and refreshing. Milder version of SNPA
