Odeed (1506), Bakersfield, California, USA Jul 30, 2005 dark yellow body with an average white head.malt and hops aroma and smell.pretty average but not bad.
fidelis83 (111), Clinton, Iowa, USA Dec 3, 2008 Pours crisp amber with gold around the edges, 1 finger creamy beige head, and agressive carbontion bubbles are apparent. Aroma is carmel malt, light citrus hops, flora hops and a slightly earthy backbone. Flavor is grapefruit, caramel, bicuity malt, and a nice fruity crisp melon note. FInish is slightly bitter with an unsweetened pink grapefruit tang at the end. While all of this is well and good, the problem is the beer is just too damn weak, it really tastes like 50% really good pale ale and 50% tonic water. Probably would be great to stock at a summer BBQ or camping trip. brewrater (90), akron, Ohio, USA Dec 2, 2008 Good hoppy character but like their IPA, a metallic aftertaste. Better choices out there in this catagory. SuperDave70 (929), Beautiful Sunny Mesa, Arizona, USA Dec 1, 2008 How many times can you type caramel malt and citrus hops? One more I guess! A pretty standard middle of the road APA. Not bad, nothing great. bb (2236), Martinez, California, USA Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. Amber beer with a nice off-white head. Dusty citrus aroma with some malt backing. Grapefruit flavor with some dusty malt. Medium bodied. Grapefruit lingers with some dusty malt. SamGamgee (646), Isla Vista, California, USA Oct 24, 2008 12oz bottle. Light orange/amber with a lasting white head. Citrus, caramel and dust aroma. Light malt sweetness with some caramel and toffee, and a lemon citric bitterness in the finish. A bit light on the palate, with a really soft carbonation. Alright, but not one of the better ones available around here.
