COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
9th in our ’Noel’ sequence, started in 2003 with our 1st Noel, at 4.8%, this beer increases by 0.1% every Christmas!

Cask, Spitting Feathers Tap, Chester. Dark reddish brown colour with a small tan head. Nose had roast, fruit, earth and spice notes. Some welcome hop bitterness emerged in the sweetish flavour alongside, robust malts, more roast and berry fruit. Smooth and drinkable. Dried out some in the finish. Decent stuff and one of the better christmas beers out there.
