fresh cirtussy aroma, citrus hops and a little biscuity malt, smooth and fairly light on the palate with a prickly bitter finish. pale gold with thin white head, some lacing. nice summer beer.

pours like a lager and smells similar. the taste is of the hops and the long bitter finish. Ok, not bad, not great.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light hay, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, grassy, citrus, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111211]

from Mondial de la Bière 2011, Strasbourg - clear bright golden beer with a moderate foam left; nice lace; a fair citrusy hoppiness, medium-bodied and with a solid bitterness; very dry and long bitter fruity hoppy finish - crisp and very nice

Bottle. Hops, citrus, pine, fruit, grass, nuts, hints of caramel. Gold body, thin white head with poor retention. Good levels of bitterness. Some slight sugary notes. Dry finish with some bitterness.

50 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK. Copper tinted gold appearance, musty grain aroma. Bitter and bright on the palate, resin citrus aroma. Fresh hop flavour, a building bitterness, then a long dry finish.

Bottled@The Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Pale golden colour with small white head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, some quite bready malts as well as grassy hops. Flavour is fruits, mild honeyish and nectary notes with some biscuits as well as mild grassy notes.

500ml Bottle - Golden with a white head. Grassy aroma with hints of hops and lemon. Bitter and hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit and passion fruit. The finish is hoppy, but nicely balanced.
