UPDATED: FEB 12, 2015 Cask at the Prince of Wales. Golden with a thin head and floral and lemon aromas. Sweetish malt body with hints of grape, honey and citrus. Dry and bitter finish (3.2). Re-rate at the Magpie, fresh and lovely.

On cask at Cloisters. A blonde ale with a thick white head. Aroma of barley and yeast. Flavours of caramel, barley and grassy hops. Little dry finish. OK.

Cask conditioned at The Market Porter, Borough, London. Gold with white head. This was a fresh, crisp, quite clean hoppy beer, maybe a little lagery, lemony perhaps, but certainly very decent on a warm summer evening stood out the front of the Market Porter. Lovely.

Waters Green Tavern, Macclesfield. Clear yellow gold with pretty much white head. Fruity, floral hops, grapefruit, lemons, not my thing at all. Not a bad beer, just find this a little boring. Come on Brian, for once get something slightly interesting.
