Cask, The Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Gold verging on amber, ginger and honey aroma. Sweet and then a mellow bitterness kicks in. Very dry and resiny on the finish.

Love this - great balance of bitterness and flavour. Probably my favourite of the acorn single hops...

The Thomas Leaper (LN1), Derby, 29/11/11. Thick, perfumed, generously bodied...but with the hop largely chilled and sparklered out of it.. Faint guava and lychee aroma. Delicate tropical fruit salad notes, a little cream and plastic. Some husk on the finish. Too quietly spoken. But woke up a bit towards the bottom of the pint.
