Cask, Occasional;
Light golden coloured strong ale, biscuit malt flavours with good bitterness, a late charge of Brewers Gold and Bobek hops for the aroma give a fruity and spicy character.

Cask, handpump, at The Cambridge Blue, Cambridge, in the 3rd CB Festival ’10. Interesting aroma: musty fruit and hops ending with a whiff of mothball. Sweet taste with a mid bitter finish. Powerful.

Bottle, from Rhythm & Booze in Brigg. Gold, good lasting white head and moderate condition. Pleasant sweet citrusy floral hops and a touch of yeastiness in the nose, full and malty sweet in the mouth with an underlying solid hop bitterness giving a nice balance, although bitterness turns dry with time, lingering muted chalky hop bitterness dominating the finish
