Cask Handpump at the Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield 17/08/2007 Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured and hoppy with a dry and slightly wheaty bitter finish.

Deep golden pour stays clear and covered by a mostly lasting off-white little head. Solid bready malts backing bears a certain biscuity side. Bright hops develops a fair bitterness, mostly leafy and floral, but their pairing with the rest offer earthy nuances that match the minerals nicely. Good balance between sweetness and hoppiness.

Cask at The Wellington pubs 5th Beer Festival, Wellington, Herefordshire Poured warm golden in colour, citrus notes dominated this beer’s nose. Tasted very fresh and crisp superbly bitter with very little sweetness, this was a good started.
