Cask (Market Porter?, London)
6 Sweet malty aroma.
3 Gold, small head
6+ Grains dominate, a little mashy
4 Finish very milky grains
13 Full bodied bitter, good malt focus.

Cask conditioned, gravity dispensed at The Triangle Tavern, Lowestoft, Suffolk. Amber with white head. Bright and bitter but little else. Not a great hop for an ale perhaps, dryish. Missing in action.

Cask@Market Porter, London. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is fruits, wood, nectar and some dough. Flavour is wood, fruits, earth and grass. Quite pleasantly balanced.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild caramelish and slight cornish. Bitter and slight dry finish.

Cask handpull, The Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Burnished orange with a foamy drape of head. Hint of conifer aroma. Good rounded juiciness hinting at furniture and blood orange; late vanilla maltiness, butter drips. Good, but a little underwhelming for a single varietal ’IPA’.
