Gravity cask at the White Horse, Hedgerley on 31st August 2009. Amber with small off white bubbly head. Excellently hoppy with bitter hempy grassy notes to the fore. A long dry finish on slightly zingy mouthfeel, with a little astringency. A delicious and rewarding IPA.

Cask handpull, The Waggon and Horses, Halesowen. Red gold wafting with oily hop and slight spliff. Apricots and cream balanced with a bitter husky linger; woodsy, herbal, lemony and dry. OK but dull.

Cask at The Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Medium yellow pour, small white head. Malty richness, buttery mild bitterness. ok

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Caramel, earthy mineral character, floral and herbal hop, bit of milk chocolate in there?. slightly on the sweetside, which tells me it may have been over vented.
