Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Pigs Ear BF. An orange coloured beer quite vibrant looking in the glass. The aroma is fruity with good fragrant hops, and a little biscuity malt. The taste is hoppy and fruity. Quite sharp at times with nice malts. ANother good beer from a consistent brewer, although not one of their best.

Dec 31, 2006 Pigs Ear. Pleasant lagerish blonde with flowery hops leading into an English hop bite in the finish. Nice.

Dec 13, 2006 Cask gravity at Pig’s Ear. Golden, clear colour with bubbly off white head. Citrus aroma, some farty yeast. OK in mouth, some juiciness, bit of smoke. Dusty hop finish. Some very nice hop on end though.
