Clear medium golden yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, pale nutts, caramel notes, fruity notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, sharp bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110617]

Cask@Market Porter, London. Golden colour, small beige head that leaves good lace. Aroma is fruits, floral notes, some nectary notes as well as mild wooden notes. Flavour is bready malts, some yeast and mild hoppy grassy and bitter notes.

Pours light hazy golden with a staying, frothy, white film head. Aroma has mild butter, light toasted caramel, apple and maltiness. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light mouthfeel. Flavour is mild, malty, light butterscotch, honey, hay, pine, grass. Super dry and light bitter finish. Third taste is much better than the first.
