A clear wheat beer that is a light straw coloured refreshing ale, with slight bitterness and floral aroma.

Draught at The Craft Beer Co in Angel Islington on 19-Aug-2015. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malt, citrus, floral pine. Flavour - citrus fruits, light malt and low bitterness. Lightly hopped bitter finish. A light fruity English Pale.

Cask (gravity) - The Duke of Wellington, Norwich. A small & bubbly lasting white head sits atop a hazy golden body on the pour. OK sweet citrus aroma with some estery notes and bready, biscuity malts. Lemon citrus & mid fruits, estery yeast, apple, biscuit and bread to taste. Light to medium body, soft mouthfeel, lingering tang & soft pithy bitterness.
