[Cask at GBBF 2005] A hazy pale yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with citrusy, floral, and hop notes, as well as hints of butter. The flavor is sweet with aroma hops and citrus notes in the middle, leading to a dry bitter end.

Good looking ale, clear and light in appearence. Taste is light and is very refreshing, excellent fon a warm summer evening.

Quite an average bitter, fruity, hoppy, bits of malt. Nothing too special but tasted ok.

NIce one and a littel soft too. NOt so goldy and nice in aftertatse. Very thin head and fine features. At GBBF 2010.

A Mes rate: cask at the Market (no) Porter.
Mid gold with a thin white head. Good hoppy aroma with plenty of citrus, good bitterness and a hint of sweaty feet. Flavour is similar. Really good, lasting fruity bitterness, possibly slightly raw but I’ll let it slide. Excellent dry finish with a lengthy bitter aftertaste. Decent stuff.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Golden colour, off-white creamy head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Flavour has hops, fruits some bitter malts. Ok beer.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: Pale lightly grainy typical acorn malts, grassy bitterness balances. A standard bitter.

Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, citrus notes, buttery notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (080808)

Weak aroma and taste of hops with an oily impression. Added some hints of sweet malts. Slight hazy, golden body. Nothing special and easy to drink (cask at GBBF, 09.08.2008).

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruits, raisins and mild wood. Flavour is the same, ending in a big grassyness. Not very exciting...

Cask at GBBF 08. Gold, thin off white head. I mean, it’s actually a pretty good golden ale, but it’s still a golden ale. Fruit salad aroma, nice mouthfeel, some drying hop, more juicy fruit on the swallow. But hey, as I said, like a thousand other golden/blond ales.
