Cask-conditioned at the Rake, Southwark 04/02/10. Deep gold in colour with a decent white head. Aroma of citrus hops, hay and sweetish malts. Easy drinking for the ABV with biscuit malt and citrus flavours, and a hoppy, dry finish. Good.

Cask conditioned handpump The Pub Leicester (The bitterly cold in Leicester crawl). A bright gold coloured beer with a loose white head. The aroma is a touch sweet amongst the hop. Possibly a bit of honey in there? A bit of prickle in the mouth amongst that hop and sweetness again. Not a short finish but in need of more maltiness. Pretty good but the sweetness is a little off-putting.
