Very pale pour. Nose is largely apple-cider like with some light spicy hints. Very softly spritzy with a light carbonation on the tongue. A nice light mead that refreshes well.

pours a clear golden with a touch of pink color. small head goes away quickly. the smell is very mild and almost not existent except for a bit for juicy sweetness and mild esters. taste is smooth crisp light cider on the sweet side. the mildest note of cherry and honey. has a crisp finish. doesn’t taste like apple juice thankfully. mouthfeel is light body, mild crisp carbonation. overall another mead/cider drank that I thoroughly enjoy.

Pale blond color. Almost no carbonation, head or body. Spice and faint apple aroma and taste. A bit too sweet.

Pours a nice golden hue with a slow but stream of bubbles rising to the top. Aromas of sweet honey, and spiced cider. Flavor is high on apples sugary and sweet. Light cinnamon as well. Thin with light carbontion. Good not great that being said it’s darn drinkable. Really look forward to trying the rest of their offerings.
