Bottle. Pours a clear pink-amber with a fizzy white head. Aroma of honey, sugar, and a hint of cherry juice. Taste is sweet and tart, with honey, tart pie cherries, sugar, and a hint of citrus. Lingering crisp sweetness that fades. Very refreshing and tasty.

nice light pink, minimal head. excellent mix of sweet honey and tart cherries. the balance between the two makes for a very tasty mead. this is definitely the best of the Acoustic offerings that i have had.

Bottle shared by a friend. Clear blush pour with no head and mild legs. Aroma of honey, corn and cherry. Carbonated (like pop) flavor starts with cherry and apple and moves to a bit of sweet honey before a tart cherry finish.

reddish, highly carbonated pour...mostly clear...aroma and flavor of sweet cherry juice (black cherry-esque) with some mild honey and little else...simple

hmm maybe wasn’t in the mood for this one. tastes like a cherry wine cooler with cherry candy flavor. pour some out for 2 others and it was passed over for other things.

Pale pink color. Light body, with minimal head. Spicy aroma, but more cherry in flavor. Medium sweet, with no aftertaste.

Bottle: The aroma consists of cherry, apple, and clove. It pours transparent pale orange with a pink tint. It has a fizzy white head that quickly diminishes to a white ring around the edges of the glass. The flavor starts with lightly sweet and lightly tart cherry. The finish has light-moderate apple cider, white wine, and a touch of clove. Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, it’s pretty refreshing and the white wine notes are not as strong as the Honey Bzzz.

Pours a slightly pale red, minimal head. Aroma is mild cherry. Semi-sweet, very mild hops and herbs on the finish. Not bad, just kinda OK. On the watery side. Decent enough, though after a while it does get a one-note.

Pours an orangish hue with a red tint. There are a nice stream of bubbles rising from the bottom that manages a light ring at the edges of the glass. Aroma is of sweet cherry juice, cider, and a touch of sweetness. Flavor is mild honey, grenadine, with just a dash of tart cherry skins. The honey is there but it is more cherry than honey. Mild clove like spice as well. Mild and light but pretty tasty. Very thin in body. Would be a nice introduction to mead.

Very pale pour with a pink tint. Light apple and tart cherry flavor coupled with a lightly spritzy carbonation. Refreshing.
