once again, something very simple from acoustic. tart apple cider, light carbonated honey wine, and some strong vinegar in the finish. some tartness, not sure if this is from raspberry extract or what...who knows..

light amber, minimal head. like the other acoustic mead that i have had, very nice carbonation and sweetness. not much in the way of tartness. i’d jhave to give the edge to some of the other flavors, but this is perfectly pleasant.
