Bottle. Clear yellow in color with a thin white head. Aroma of honey and apple soda. Apple and honey flavor. Not detecting any maple at all.

MeadMe (1332) - Riverview, Florida, USA - FEB 22, 2014
Impressed by the Acoustic meads. They are for the most part way better than advertised. Really looked forward to this one. Pours pale yellow. Aromas of musty apple and honey. Flavor is light honey with notes of apple and mild spice. No maple at all. Light and zippy carbonation. A solid drinkable mead. If the maple was there it would be very very good.

Bottle thanks to Craig. Pale straw, clear. Aroma: subtle, earthy honey notes, delicate, apple cider. Flavor: shows some sweetness, bubble gum, light fruits of pear and strawberry, apple cider notes.

Apples, honey and cherries all appear in the sweet flavor. Maple? ... perhaps in the aroma. Light, fruity and refreshing, but needs more hops to counter the high sweetness.

Bottle from a friend who traveled the backroads of Michigan. Slightly carbonated, slight maple nose, not much in the taste - lots of green apple. Apple on the finish as well, with a touch of honey.

Bottle thanks to Craig. Pours a clear yellow color. A nice nose of apples and some spice. The flavor is sweet apples, honey, very fizzy. Light. Decent.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle, thanks to Craig. This is very sugary sweet, apples, bubble gum, candy sweetness. This is far to sweet for my palate.

flatmatt (1162) - Northville, Michigan, USA - JUN 18, 2013
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear, bright, sparkling golden with a brief white head. Rather mild sugary apple aroma. Light sweetish apple honey flavor with an overtone that I’d attribute to the maple syrup (at least knowing it’s in there). Not really enough here.

bottle. Golden with no head. Quite sweet with light apple. Could use some tartness, but quite pleasant. maple is subtle at best, very hard to detect.
