Donkerbruin bier met schuim. Gedronken van de tap in het hotel naast/bij de brouwerij. Smaak is zoet, krachtig, caramel, bittere chokolade en heel lichte rook. Erg goed bier.

It’s red mahogany with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, dark syrup, caramel and light fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of dark syrup, caramel, licorice and the finish is slightly dry - really nice dunkel!

(swing top bottle) Slightly hazy, dark brown golden colour with a massive and slightly beige foamy head. Dark and roasted malty aroma with caramel, earthy notes and a tinge of herbal hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasantly soft carbonation. Earthy and mildly roasted malty taste with caramel and hints of chocolate; moderately sweet and delicately roasty malty finish with discreet hoppy bitterness. Pleasant. 27.X.10
