Yellow straw-like in color, much luminosity and diamond. Discreetly bubbly and of good persistence. Medium and pleasant scent. Fresh taste , lightly dry and of medium alcoholic tenor. Good notes of apples and racy white wine. Pleasant finish but not much persistent one. Bitter absent.
