Bottle, Beers of Europe. Strong, rich and fruity, with flavours of apple, banana and mango all in there somewhere. Excellent carbonation, which tingles beautifully. Fine strong alcoholic finish, with sherbert and peaches becoming apparent.

A sweet tripel. Sugar cane, subtle yellow fruits. A light hoppy finish. No bitterness. Not your usual tripel. 3.4.

Old bottle from Kulminator I think. Cloudy amber beer, little white head. Sweet malt nose. Light palate, starts soft but has a carbonated bite. Sweet malt, nice orangey citrus - almost sherbet. Minerals and creamy malt in the mid. Semi dry finish. Great stuff. Has aged really well.

Draught at Akkurat, Stickholm, Sweden. Hazy orange amber, medium off-white head. Fruity aroma with oranges, almond paste, and some spicy hops. Some fusel alcohols in the end. Medium bodied and smooth. A light initial sweetness is followed by a dry finish with a lingering bitterness.

Bottle, 33 cl. A beautiful golden beer, with some bubbles and a medium white head becoming a small white and lasting head. A very specific spicy, grainy and hoppy aroma. The taste is strong, malty and yeasty with some fruity and spicy elements and a strong hoppy finish. One of the better tripels you find certainly.

Bottle. Hazy amber brown with a medium off-white head. Aromas are toast, apricot and lemon with a light, sweet nuttiness. Caramelised pear with yeast. Flavours are sweet malts and fruit berries and pear, Quite bready yeast with a soft palate. Quite resinous citrus and medicinal notes with warming, non-aggressive alcohol on the finish. Good.

33cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Clear orange gold, with very thin off white head. A more malty more restrained tripel, with some decent hop on finish, but also some boozy quality to it. Pretty good, but just lacks a bit of a je ne sais quoi drinkability

33cl bottle in tulip Aderlardus glass. Pours golden hazy, thin white head. Aroma is yeasty, lightly fruity, sugary with possile light smoke. Taste, candi sugar, malty, some faint bitter hops, grainy and warming alcohol and yeasty palate. A nice treat.
