Bottle. Hazy golden body, small head. Aroma has bread and phenolic dried fruits. Not very Tripel-like but interesting. Heavy malty taste with yeast and phenols - again, not strictly following the style. Finish has a bit of sweet dried cherries and yeast. Not your average Abbey Tripel but still a nice beer.

On tap at Moeder Lambic. Golden color with big head. Biscuity. So sweet. Promising aroma, it’s different. Taste is intensely sweet, caramel, vanilla. Low carbonation and booze for a Tripel. Okay. Lecker, but not as expected.

330ml Bottle - Dark gold/amber with a haze and a small head. Yeast, grain, yoghurt, spice and lemon in the aroma. Fruity, yeasty and moderately spicy taste with notes of apricot, peach and some subtle notes of coriander. Easy to drink and enjoyable.

A hazy mid amber coloured beer with a frothy white head. A mildly spicy aroma, cereal led, but with plenty of tropical fruit and clove spice coming through. Dry mouthfeel. The taste starts off with a dry cereal like flavour, biscuity, then a more sweeter, spicy flavour comes through, clove spice and caramel to start, then a tropical fruit flavour comes to the fore adding to the sweetness. The caramel and tropical fruit last into the finish. Tasted at Moeder Lambic "Fontainas" Brussels. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from de Bierschuur in Poppel. The beer has a deep dark blonde color and a small white head, carbonation is average. In the aroma tones of yeast, malts but also spices and some hop notes. The taste is light sweet and malty but further also a little bitter by the use of spices and malts. The finish is full and a slight bitterness is noticable for a while. Nice tripel, nothing special but not bad.
