This ale has a well-rounded aroma of citrus notes, clove, and apple. It is refreshing and soft, with balanced hints of bitter orange peel and coriander. It finishes dry and clean, making it perfect for pairing with lighter foods such as mussels, salmon, and chicken.

On tap in Coral Springs, FL. Pours a decent but thin cloudy yellow and low white head. Aroma is cheddar, musty sweetness and bread, and a touch of orange. Taste is a touch of carbonated lemon juice, musty cheddar, old bread, and light sprinkle of orange peel. Lively palate. Refreshing.

Bottled: 12/04/2013 Appearance: Golden Straw-Blonde colored. Slight haze. Thick foamy crisp white head Nose: Typical Wit style scents coming through, clove, slight fruit that is more mild in nature- not citrusy. Light alcohol scent Palate: Delicious, crisp and clean. Clove, coriander, spice, pears, apple and perhaps some peach as well. Light and balanced. Overall: I am not a huge fan of wit style beers- with the exception to this one. It is refreshing and balanced with enough crisp fruity notes to keep my interest. -BeerandWhiskeyHQ.com

UPDATED: MAR 12, 2014 Pours light hazy offwhite yellow like a wit. Smell is very typical for still with wheat and some yeasty notes with the coriander thing going on. Taste is spot on what I?d think for the style too. Just a classic wit it seems. Good but not unique really.

Bright golden yellow color with loads of white foam. Very bright, fruity aroma, sort of like sour apple, grain and some barnyard funk. The flavor is the same, just a bit of wine-y sharpness. Medium dry finish, with crisp carbonation. Medium bodied and holds up well. Very delicious and unique wit. I was initially desiring a hire alcohol content but this is spot on.

Hazy gold, high carbonation with thin head. Easy drinking, notable citrus, light body. Pretty good, more of a summer flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is hay and a bit funky. Light clove. Palate has a nice watery ness to it, emphasizing the tartness. Biere de garde-y in the malt character. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Murky hay color. Almost no head. Tastes almost like a sour. Tart and citrus. Light and refreshing. One of the best wits Iíve had. Typically not a style I like.
