COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ale has a well-rounded aroma of citrus notes, clove, and apple. It is refreshing and soft, with balanced hints of bitter orange peel and coriander. It finishes dry and clean, making it perfect for pairing with lighter foods such as mussels, salmon, and chicken.

I really wanted to like this but it was just average. There was a lemony aroma mixed with wheat albeit very faint. Lemonade color with a white fizzy head. This became more cloudy at the end of the bottle. The taste was witbier light. Some wheat and grain elements with a little citrus. No hops recognized. Light and pucker mouthfeel that left me wanting.

I think this beer is different in that it has a lot of robust flavor but very light and refreshing. Those do exist but not extremely common. Really nice down in texas to have somthing that is tasty yet light and a quality brew. I think this beer is underrated. It does have an odd quality with its taste and appearance which I think is why I trubba some people the wrong way. If you donít expect it to be somthing but just open yourself to the experience itís really good. However, you might honestly just dislike it which is fine

Poured from a 1 Pint 9.4 FL.OZ Bottle. The color is clear golden color with a white head. I smell citrus, some banana, light citrus and wheat. I taste all the same with a little spice, some yeast, and a little sour in the finish. Itís ok.....

750 c&c from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy light gold with a foamy/fizzy white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast/spice and coriander. Med body (thanks to carbonation). Flavor is a bit zest, a bit earthy, quite citrus/clove, and arguably coriander. Itís pretty tasty, and I think itís one of the tastier wits Iíve had lately. Arguably a little underrated. Iím liking it.

On tap in Coral Springs, FL. Pours a decent but thin cloudy yellow and low white head. Aroma is cheddar, musty sweetness and bread, and a touch of orange. Taste is a touch of carbonated lemon juice, musty cheddar, old bread, and light sprinkle of orange peel. Lively palate. Refreshing.

Bottled: 12/04/2013 Appearance: Golden Straw-Blonde colored. Slight haze. Thick foamy crisp white head Nose: Typical Wit style scents coming through, clove, slight fruit that is more mild in nature- not citrusy. Light alcohol scent Palate: Delicious, crisp and clean. Clove, coriander, spice, pears, apple and perhaps some peach as well. Light and balanced. Overall: I am not a huge fan of wit style beers- with the exception to this one. It is refreshing and balanced with enough crisp fruity notes to keep my interest. -BeerandWhiskeyHQ.com
