3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy gold, with a little white head. Not much aroma, a little citrus. Citrus and yeast flavor. A little bitterness. Okay, but not great.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I actually forgot where this one came from as my Texas trip was just going from beer store to beer store. Anyway, it pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is slight saison funk, dry hops, some herbalness. Taste is similar. Slightly bitter and sufficiently hopped saison with citrus and spice notes. While I donít think that it is anything that special, I think that the rating it has here is somewhat too low.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A hazy copper-orange profile with a nice tan head, supplying healthy belgian lace. some slightly sticky resin hop aromatics, and rather citrusy from the get go. good carbonation with some light íbelgianyí sweetness upon first sip. The mouth-feel is dominated by medium bitterness that develops into a very VERY dry finish that lingers and is reminiscent of an extremely dry white wine. Many descriptions label this beer as a saison, but personally I thought it drank much more like a dry belgian style IPA. Worth a taste or two, but there are many superior counterparts out there.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy amber with a thin foamy white head. The aroma is a bit faint but smells like dry caramel malt and light doughy esters. The flavor is estery and mild with some pale sweet amberish malts and a light leafy flavor and bitterness, with a light eccentric estery finish. A bit plain but not bad.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Wow I am surprised that the scores are so low... I thought this was a pretty good Saison just a little heavier than most but still very refreshing. Try it again!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Location: Draft at The Queen Vic, 9/10/13
Aroma: The nose of this one is yeast and a little spicy, pepper, some fruit, and mild alcohol
Appearance: The pour is orange with a decent head and some nice lace as well
Flavor: The flavor is much the same, yeast, spice, and fruit, not all that sweet, but a solid flavor
Palate: The feel of this one is solid, but not great, thereís a little heat, and some plus carbonation
Wow, this one has a much lower score than I would have guessed. I thought this was a pretty tasty Saison. I guess Iíll be one of its higher raters.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at Gman Southlake. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a foamy white head. Aroma is very yeasty and citrusy. Lots of orange peel and bready yeast. Slight peppery smell as well. Flavor is citrus, yeast, sweet fruit with a alcohol tingle on the palate. Pretty good.
