COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in fond remembrance of the family’s candy-apple red Rambler. Adelbert’s Rambler Ale evokes the car Del and his buddies referred to back in the late 60’s as the “GoMobile”. Back when life was freer and easier, the local cream ale was no stranger inside the Rambler as it hosted myriad road trips and hot dates.

Gold in colt with a small white head. Aroma is tart, carrots, funky. Taste is styrofoam, light tart, definitely infected.

Tap at jack macs. The look is clear, thin dissipating white head, and golden in color. The smell is dry, Brett, funky, fruit, infected. The taste is earth, musty, dry, Brett. Something turned in this beer. Not horrible but not good.

Bottle: Batch 5, Bottle 1998.   Way overcarbonated, gushes and gushes.   Orangish straw, dull and thick, spritzy head, dies quickly, no lacing.   Somewhat of a musty/dusty and basement like nose, but also a little medicinal or synthetic herbal notes.   Smells a little like plastic leaves you would find on your christmas wreath... yeah, a little of that.   Flat on the tongue, yeasty, bready, with a musty/dusty background.   Body and moutfheel are moderate.   Finishes very much yeasty/bready in the musty/dusty sense, but also some candle wax and fake tree leave as well.   Not too happy about the over carbonation either.   Not bad, but the off aromas/flavors make it a little hard to finish by ones self.   Thanks for the bottle Bill!

Back up the cork comes out by itself. Aroma of belgian yeast and spices with cloudy golden color and fluffy 2 finger white head. Taste sweet and fruity with light Coriander spice and tons of carbonation. Pretty good belgian blonde with nice flavor and spices, I could drink a few very easy.

Cloudy; but its a wheat beer. First beer from here assigns I hope they all aren’t this carbonated. I opeded the twist top and the cork flew out on its own. I didn’t get a chance to take the twist off. Wheat beers are tough to rate for me because although I like them, they ate just too bland to say much about. But maybe that’s just this one. Just too carbonated to enjoy :/

Bottle, 75 cl, at Papsø. Hazy light golden with a small, but extremely lively head. Yeast and wheat in the nose, citrusy notes. Taste is foremost yeasty and phenolliic with quite some sulphor notes. Citric finish. Beasty carbonation!
