3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle shared with Pete and Gail. Goblet. Pours a slightly hazy, champagne looking beer with thick white and foamy head. Some lacing. Aroma of apples, pears, Belgian yeasts and straw. Taste is fruity, slight caramel malts for the sweetness, straw, cereal and some metal. Very VERY dry, carbonated finish. Too dry in my opinion. You do get the hop profile as it turns a little bitter on the finish. Not my favorite Tripel.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Spot on with this Tripel, spicy, malty, smooth.. alcohol is hidden by a sweet finish maybe a little too sweet but still a great representation of the style especially from a brewery that has only been around since 2010. Pretty Good.....

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Location: 750 ml bottle at Benjyís, 9/17/13
Aroma: The nose is yeasty and a little sweet, clove, lots of fruit, plenty of spice, and caramel
Appearance: It pours a hazy orange color with an decent sized white head and some lace too
Flavor: The taste feels fairly sweet too, thereís some spice, and a little bit of alcohol as well
Palate: The body is medium, it feels a little sticky, soft-to-average carbonation, and a light heat
I thought this was a plenty solid tripel that clearly leans toward the sweet side. Even though I am not the hugest fan of sweet beers, I enjoyed it quite a bit.

Lightly effervescent, no head, strong belgian yeast flavor, lots of banana, some warmth from the alcohol but not overwhelming. Balanced and drinkable, very crisp. Nose of honey and apples.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale yellow pour, with malt-forward citrus and just a bit of bite toward the end. A little on the heavy side, but good.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
small sample on draft .. . pours a dark gold .. decent foam .. . its amazing how ugly jennifer lopez was back in the day .. . a bit of booze .. . banana and yeast .. . light mouth .. . for any other brewery this would be pretty bad but for adelberts, this is quite good- these guys are definitely doing alot better since their initial releases, was quite worried .. . . Peach was never in any real danger. Mario and Bowser are buddies. I saw all of them hanging out and go-karting..

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: JUN 4, 2013 From bottle into a tulip glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a very thin white head with no lacing. Does not look like a traditional Belgian Tripel. Aroma is very sweet estery and fruity. Sweet and fruity taste upfront. A little bit sharp on the mouthfeel. Though it doesnt look traditional, the taste and aroma are very spot on.***After it warms up a bit, the head thickens up and the lacing begins to stick to the glass.***
