Black bears can weigh 600lbs, sprint over 25mph and climb like a squirrel. They have terrible eyesight, yet can smell you 20 miles away especially if your packing fruity gorp and apples. Hey, to a bear, youíre just like a 180lb fruit bowl coming down the trail! Bear Naked Ale is an all natural medium-bodied amber ale with a brilliant copper hue. Top fermenting ale yeast and a high proportion of imported Munich malt create a clean and crisp beer with a toasty, fruity backbone. Donít get caught with your pants down, drink responsibly.

An extremely drinkable amber ale, nice and malty with a little sweetness. Blows Fat Tire out of the water IMHO.

A copper amber ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, light biscuit malt with faint grassy hops, so-so. In mouth, a rather light caramel malt with light mineral notes, watery bodied, light grassy hops, very plain. On tap at North Country Brewfest 2016.

12 oz bottle Gift from AOPD The ale poured a clear reddish amber with a small off white head that quickly dissipated. There is clearly bready notes on the nose. The taste of sweet bread and malty. The amber ale has a medium body with soft carbonation. The finish was sweet with no bitterness. A drinkable amber but just average.

Unsatisfying and bland beverage with little of the maltiness associated with the style. Some sour fruits and a whole lot of water.

Iím a beer connoisseur from Berlin, Germany, I love beer. The Adirondacks Bear Naked Ale draft is the tastiest beer Iíve ever had in Americs and the one I look for and recommend when in the Lake George, NY region. A MUST TRY!
