COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bobcat Blonde Lager is a light-bodied, smooth lager with a bright golden color. Neither malt nor hops dominate this smooth lager giving it all day drink ability and an uncanny ability to pair with various types of food.

Bobcat Blonde Lager is a tribute to a true story from the 1950’s about an Adirondack Ranger and a curious wild bobcat who became comrades atop Hamilton Mountain, in Speculator, New York.

The aroma is malty, sweet, corn. The appearance is clear gold, carbonation visible, white head. The flavor is sweet, malty, corn. The finish is noble hops, nice clean finish. Medium in body. I enjoyed this more than I thought I would.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours gold with a white head. Smells of saaz, some dry malt, peppery. Tastes crisp and sweet with some peppery splashes on the finish.
