Mild raspberry aroma. Straw coloured, slightly hazy. Nice lace. Decent white head. Slight tartness. Crisp, clean and well-brewed. Smooth mouthfeel. Pleasant, light and easy to drink but not exceptional. On tap at the brewpub.

May 3, 2004 (Draught) Pours a thin, white, creamy head with a cloudy yellow body. Cinnamon and raspberry nose. Flavour is of tart raspberry.

Apr 26, 2004 Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy light amber, sweet simple fruit syrup nose, weak raspberry-7UP flavor. Not very good, but then how many of these summer fruity American wheats are?
