3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured into a pint glass, golden amber hue with small white head. Nice nose full of grapefruit. Malty sweetness is only slightly peirced by hop bitterness. Grapefruit is inviting on the finish. Mouth is light and buttery. Yum. More malty than most IPAs but enjoyable none the less.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 18/20
Hazy golden colour with nice lasting foam . Nose is citrus rind. Some pine and maybe some tropical fruit. The malts are there but a beautiful spotlight has been put in the hops here. Really nice flavour!! I could pound this all day!!

4.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Poured from tap. Golden hay with slight haze. One finger thick white head. Aroma is pine, floral, citrus such as lemon, lime and orange zest. Also picking up grapefruit. Taste is bitter, hop driven flavor. Picking up a balanced mixture of pine, wood, and mentioned citrus flavors. Palate is bitter and sweet. Mouthfeel is smooth, mild thickness to the body, at no point did this IPA taste watery or thin. Left a great lace on the glass. After each slip a lace ring was left, was able to count the amount of sips I took, similar to counting tree rings. Ended up buying a growler of this IPA. Server said the IBUs was 85. The best IPA Iíve tasted.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle labelled Iriquois Pale Ale. Pours a hazy gold with a moderate linen white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. Pleasant aroma of citrus and caramel. The flavor is malt, caramel, and citrus with some moderate grapefruit pith bitterness. Medium bodied. No problems.

The aroma is caramel, citrus. The appearance is clear orange, white head. The flavor is nice, caramel, citrus, pine. The finish is sweet, then pine hops. Medium in body. Run of the mill IPA, but solid and enjoyable.
