Jan 12, 2009 Dégustée en fût au pub. De couleur dorée-jaune et claire. Nez malté de céréales sucrées, léger de fruits (agrumes) et de houblon herbeux (gazon mouillé et traces de foin). Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et un peu croustillant ainsi qu une texture aux notes aqueuses et huileuses. Léger goût fruité (agrumes) accompagné de notes de grains de malt pâle lors de lentrée en bouche auquel suivi dun léger goût malté de céréales sucrées puis en finale lon retrouve un léger goût amer de houblon herbeux (léger gazon mouillée et notes de foin). Post-goût moyen-court et aux petites notes sèches, très légèrement amer de houblon herbeux. (juin 2008)

Oct 8, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and light yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is mild grain, straw, some barnyard and light fruit. Taste is mild grain, straw, some barnyard and light fruit, secondary light , grassy –hops. Good effervescence.

Aug 30, 2007 En fût. Verre de dégustation à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur d’houblons fruités. Apparence: La couleur est blonde jaunâtre avec une moyenne densité de bulle. Saveur: Goût de malt et d’houblon fruités. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence d’houblon en arrière goût.

Oct 6, 2005 On tap at the brewpub with a 4-5oz sampler. Very light peppery aroma with a mild spiciness. Aroma is quite faint. Transparent blonde/yellow color with a small whitish head. Sweet, malty, somewhat sugary to start and honey-like in the middle. Finishes with a kiss of mildly peppery Saaz hops. Drinkable.
