COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a complex, and roasty porter which receives a slight sweetness from a generous amount of real maple syrup added during the brewing process, as well as in the serving tank.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2008 TAP NY 08. Dark brown with ruby highlights and a medium to large tan head. Aroma- Chocolate, a touch of roast, maple, and some phenolics. Taste seemed a bit cleaner than the aroma with chocolate, maple sugar, touches of roasted malt, and a light to medium caramel body. Overall a decent offering.
