A very pale wheat based ale, hopped with American Cascade hops. The perfect easy drinking session ale.

Cask gravity at Oxford Beer Festival, 15-10-09 Pours gold and like its stablemate the Honey Mild it hadn’t really got a head to speak of. Light honey and a touch of floralness on nose, there is also a little wheatiness. A little honey rush of sweetness to start but then a really good snappy hop bite, hops are a touch soapy maybe but not bad at all. A6 A3 F7 P3 Ov13 3.2
