Bottle. Light amber, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, light caramel and bread, faint hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, light caramel and some bread, faint hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light bread with light hoppyness. Sweetish kellerbier with bread - could use more hoppyness.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2012 (bottle) pours a clear deep golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of honey and floral hops, with light notes of chewy pale malts, tangerines and dusty attics. flavour is mostly the same, very floral, with more prominent notes of barnyard, fresh wort, a light honeyed sweetness and a crisp light-bitter and malty finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation. another excellent lager from this brewery.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass a bit darker than exspected, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, modest spicy. Not very dry. Finish still mild, a bit drier. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 02/2012)
Clear amber color, small white head. Grassy, harsh malty aroma. Light bodied. Grassy, a bit caramelly malty flavor. A bit harsh woodyness. Feels like a bit old although I don’t think it is. Just a beer not for my liking.

50cl bottle: Fairly solid aroma, citric and grassy hops, hints of esters - quite nice. Below average on the palate however, boring and unrefined maltiness with a soapy hoppy finish. Much better choices when it comes to the style.

Draught at the brewpub from a ceramic mug. The head is creamy and the aroma has notes of syrup, caramel and malt. The sweet flavour has notes of malt, caramel, light syrup and flower and the finish is slightly dry.
