bottle at the brewery in Stettfeld. best by 09.10.12. almost-clear gold effervescent body with a large-bubbled white head with decent retention. very, very faint malt and hop aroma, and a strong mineral character makes it come across very literally like mineral water. has some faint white bread malt notes and subtle lemon and dried grass hop aroma. high carbonation also resembles mineral water. lemon oil hop flavor; medium to low bitterness; light dish soap esters; ample calcium carbonation; bracing combination of high effervescence and malt roughness. off-dry with medium bitterness. no overt off note, just very, very plain and near-flavorless.

Hell herber Antrunk, geringe Süße. Hellmalzig, süffig, würziger werdend. Süß bleibend, zum Ende etwas trocken. Der Abschluss ist zudem geringfügig grasig. 7/9/8/9/8/9

50cl bottle, flip-top. Bbe 11/2012. Hazy light golden with a thick, creamy white head. Aroma has grass, grain and yeasty notes. Flavor has light citrusy notes, yeast, grass, light hoppy bitterness. Also some off flavors in the finish, not very fresh example, but drinkable still.

Swing top bottle. Blonde. Soft grassy aroma. medium bodied. Soft grassy hopbitter flavor with some bready notes.

Bottle @ Bierzwerg. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy white head. Straw and grain. Smooth. Dry hoppy finish. Good.

Bottled 50cl. Clear, slightly hazy golden. A huge amount of pear in the nose. Good bitterness. Lovely hop profile. Medium bodied. Biscuity pale malts. Average carbonation. Some lacework. Dry finish which is reminiscent of earthy spicy hops. Nice and flawless.

Bottle (50 cl swing-top) from bierzwerg.de. Clear golden, medium white head. Nice hayish and slightly earthy malt aroma with fresh herbal and grassy hops. Light to meidum bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry with medium bitterness.

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy yellow colour with a frothy white head. subtly fruity aroma of bubblegum and fresh peaches, with hints of citrus fruits, yeast, marzipan and herbal hops, wonderful. flavour is mostly the same, quite fruity and herbal, though slightly subdued, with a hint of pale malts and a fresh yeasty finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

7 Lovely fresh taste, light grains, a light bite of fresh grassy hops.
4 Soft palate, carbonation low. Finish is more light likly malts.
13 Simple, but moreish. A tasty thirst quencher.

From the Bottle at Chris O’s, Kensal Rise 04/08/2010 Hoppy aroma. Golden coloured and hoppy with a little sweet honey flavour. Dry lasting malt finish.
