bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear golden colour with a large white head. Malty-herbal nose. Malty background with a resiny hoppy touch and lots of herbs such as thyme and rosemary. A dascinating Helles.

Bottle: Golden, medium-sized loose head, that slowly collapses; clean and solid sweet pale-malty nose with shy noble hops in the second row; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, not really medium bodied and also a bit fizzy; slightly lingering hoppy and sweet-malty finish. Fine Helles......

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Mildly sweet pale malty, slightly strawy aroma with citric and lightly herbal hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Strawy malty base with a tinge of nuts and subtle citrus-fruity notes; moderately sweet and faint bitter hoppy finish. A very mild but clean and likeable Helles. As all the German Lagers best when sampled fresh ྼ.VIII.09).

Bottled (bought from brewery, only the toplabel on the bottle). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cooked vegetables, some sweet cardboardy notes as well. flavour is straw, grains, some sweetish malts and also caramel. Mild saltwaterynotes as well.
