Quack-Duck (1755), Bodensee, Germany Jun 17, 2007 tiny 290ml bottle. Dark colour, large and long-lasting head. Malty flavours, also flavours of roasted malt. Intensive flavours of roasted malt in the long-lasting aftertaste.
Allen (592), Wölflinswil, Switzerland Jul 19, 2008 Bottled 29cl. It pours a nut brown beer with a lightly tanned head. The aroma is of raisins and soy sauce. Slightly metallic. Rather sweet taste with hints of raisins. Not much bitterness. Mediocre and boring. Nice lacing. Light bodied. Sweet buttery finish. Dissapointing. fiulijn (5860), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy May 19, 2007 Dark amber color. A very common Swiss Dunkel, with some caramel aroma and taste, but overall really mild. The bitterness level in the end is a bit above the average. beerlady (220), lucerne, Switzerland Oct 12, 2006 nice chestnut-brown color
