3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Quack-Duck (5913) - Down South, - JUN 19, 2008
bottle, bought at the brewery, ABV 4.9%. Hazy golden yellow, sour nose. Fruity and sour, hints of buttermilk, hints of citrus fruit. Malty background, aromatic hoppy notes as well. A very interesting and fascinating beer which is more and more appealing. The buttermilk-sourness gives it a wild character. I would like to open the second bottle to find out more about the character of this beer. Of course I don’t because it is already reserved for my friends in Bochum.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy yellow colour, smal white head. Aroma is yeasty, malty, hoppy and a bit rubbery. Flavour is quite much the same along with some berryish strange sweet notes. Rather strangely balanced brew.
