COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Expertly brewed and unfiltered. We do without short-term heating so all the properties of the hops and malt stay fully preserved.

Bov (7316) - Bienne, - AUG 19, 2009
courtesy of Arben Haziri - pours a cloudy golden-orange colour under a firm white head; nice lace left on the sides of the glass; corny aroma with robust notes of matured bananas and some cloves in the background; the palate is quite juicy and fresh, medium-bodied and with a solid carbonation; moderately dry corny and fruity finish - a very enjoyable weizen

Draught at the braugasthöfen
Cloudy deep blond color. Nice aroma of banana and sugar floss, with a hint of strawberries. There is some light spicy wheat touch, very light banana; but the body is quite weak, mostly evident in the final, short too. The bitterness is quite low. Unfinished.

Bierkrug (1666) - Idar-Oberstein (In East Africa), Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - APR 18, 2011
Part of the Great Stuttgarter Beer Raid 2011. 500 ml flip-top bottle in Germany. Cloudy bright yellow with huge ever expanding fizzy white head. Aroma is a very nice banana, peach, and malt. Strong mellow bitternessat first then some malt and cloves. Strange enough the palate ends with a sweetness. A nice and different Weisse.

There’s not very much to say about this well-made beer. It has all the typical Weizen characteristics but is a little bit lighter than most other Weizens. I’m normally not a big fan of Weizen, but this one was really refreshing and enjoyable.

rakkasan (142) - Bresso, ITALY - OCT 20, 2009
Bottle. I had high expectations for this beer given the previous ratings but I have to admit I was disappointed. The beer poured dark yellow with a frothy, 3 finger, off-white head that dissipated to nothing after about a minute leaving no lacing whatsoever. The aroma which was quite faint was typical weizen with a little apple thrown in. The flavor was quite was quite sour for a weizen and had an overly bitter finish for the style in my opinion. Overall a lackluster brew.
