Sep 10, 2009 (bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a short off-white foamy layer. Light-sweet and sourish fruity nose of citrus and apricots, accompanied by a shy but still present hoppy note. Sour and light-sweet flavour, light-bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim and fruity wheat-beer-like taste with a sourish and slightly tart finish. Not overly convincing but at least refreshing. 18.XI.08

Dec 14, 2008 Bottle, kindly delivered by Quack-Duck. Hazy and deep golden with a small, stable white layer. Cellary phenolic nose, accompanied by a subtle fruitiness. Moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, rather light bodied, but a creamy MF. Cellary and wheaty-sourish finish. O.K., but not my cup of tea.......

Jul 11, 2008 bottle, bought at the brewery. Hazy amber-brown yellow, medium-sized head. Fruity nose. Tastes similar to a Hefeweizen. Fruity with hints of banana, malty with a touch of caramel. Refreshing and well-balanced.

May 12, 2007 500ml bottle (One Pint, Helskinki, German beer week 2006).
Refreshing blossom aroma, matched on the tongue wih honey, lemon and ginger. A great fresh taste for a summer beer.
