Glowing amber, bready nose.
Bittersweet, rich malt, pepper, lemon, mint. Summer light, but beware of the well hidden alcohol!

Aroma is fruity with some hay and peach. Also some sweet toffee. Flavour is somewhat hoppy with peach, some apricot, toffee and hints of hay. Somewhere between British and American, but closer to American anyway.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 TBone (9405) - Pori, FINLAND - APR 30, 2012
Bottled 500ml (Tuulensuu, BB 04/2013)
Slightly hazy amber color, small steady beige head. Fruity, berryish aroma, grainy?, nutty notes. Medium-bodied. Nutty, hoppy flavor. Some salty notes in finish. Yes, American style but really English kind of beer.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 BenH (726) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 9, 2012
Bottle. Pours dark amber with little white head. Not your typical American ipa aroma, green apples, white grapes and lime. Similar taste with a strong toffee malt flavor. Decent bitter finish. Not bad but not really what I’m looking for in an ’american ipa’

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 imdownthepub (7461) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 8, 2012
Bottled, 500ml from The Adnams Brewery Shop, Southwold, Suffolk. Hazy amber with white head. The malted body is a touch heavier than expected for an American style IPA, there is a toffee, caramel flavour, quite thick, this carries a pine like, spruce hop flavour, twangy with a fruity satsuma note. Reasonable enough, but it could have been hoppier for me.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 mjs (2997) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 6, 2012
(Bottle, 0.5 l, at William K Kurvi, 20120306) The beer poured deep amber and a bit hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, toffee, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty, sweet and bitter. A British bitter with higher ABV and American hops. Not anything special, unfortunately.
