COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with Pilsner malt – like all decent lagers – this authentic lager is then dry hopped with Australian Galaxy hops to add big, fruity hop flavours. Dry hopping allows us to pack more of a flavour punch and adds brilliant hop aromas. It’s then ‘lagered’ (cold conditioned) to produce a full, well rounded flavour. This golden lager is light, crisp and refreshing with subtle malty flavours and a super hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and passionfruit. -

33cl bottle. Smooth finish. Didn’t get any of the promised tropical fruits flavours. Very drinkable nonetheless.

330ml bottle. Pretty good this. Pale lemon yellow with a small and fading white head. Clean, crisp and refreshing without being dull. Lemon, lime, pith and juice. Some biscuity palte malt presence too. Light to medium body, lively mouthfeel and a fresh finish. Hugely sessionable.

The nose is very muted for a dry-hopped beer. Just a light herbal thing. It is watery in flavour with just a mild straw-like flavor and tinge of grassy hop. Not very impressive.

pours golden clear colour with tiny white head, which immidiatelly dissapeared. Visually high carbonation. Aroma of tropical fruits, esters of mango, oranges, citrus etc. Taste is similar, firstly sweet, with dry, bitter finish. Prevailing notes of tropical fruits. Carbonation is soft, malt sweetness low, hop bitterness medium. Drinkable.

Golden hazy body and tiny head. Some off flavours, diacetyl, nasty yeast. Mellow hops, golden cereal malts. Very underwhelming... Something not right with the fermentation? The bitterness is also quite low. Don’t like it at all. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Tap. Disappointing watery piss-like yellow pour. Honestly a quite unappetizing appearance. The rest of the beer almost makes up for it. Nice grassy hop aroma and a nice hop hit in the finish. A bit one note, but certainly more of a beer than the appearance suggests.
