500ml bottle pours a golden color with a finger of white head that leaves some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is light fruity with hints of citrus and cereal grains. Taste is a sharp citrusy bitterness with a light fruity and malty sweetness. Light bodied with modest carbonation leaving a nice tickle on the tongue. A nicely done blonde ale which is very full and flavorful and recommended.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma: Light caramel and a little cider; some juicy citrus notes, lemon, lightly spiced. Appearance: Hazy royal gold with a a solid white head that fades into a sticky, bubbly skin. Flavor: Lemon/citrusy notes up front with pleasant caramel more prevalent toward the finish; lingering herbal bitterness finishes things out. Palate: Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation, bitter finish. Overall: I enjoyed this; just enough abstraction from the English tradition to make things interesting.

Une Lager ou une Ale? Une lager comme beaucoup devrait prendre exemple comme produits a la fois plaisant et "facile" d acces.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pour is a cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is pale malts and a bit of lagery wet paper bag. Flavor is more with the dryish pale malt and more of the wet paper bag. Taste awfully like a lager without being one.

You see what it says on the label? Well that’s pretty well on the nose and you add the facet that it looks like the archetypal golden/blonde ale with a bit more body. Kind of like the barmaid with a bit more on the back axle that you’d still crawl over broken glass with your fly open for.
