3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pored this one into a pint glass. The aroma is citrus and the appearance is cloudy gold with a white head. The flavor is grapefruit with a bitter finish. It flows across the palate with a carbonated start then glides smooth to finish. Overall another nice beer from Adnams.

50cl bottle. Golden with a small head.
NOSE : pork meat, toast bread, delicate floral honey, wet laundry, some delicate citrus flavors.
SIP : water like body with creamy texture and delicate carbonation. The beer is mild with a delicate flavors overall. Moderately sweet on the beginning. A hint of dry in the middle and a peak of bitter in the end. The aftertaste is herbal bitter and earth like. Flavor wise it’s dominated by citrus zest and seeds. Malt flavors are comparable to a toast.
OVERALL : a very delicate beer. It tastes a bit like a lager.

500 ml bottle. Clear bright golden yellow, small foamy white head settles and lasts. Malty, fruity hop aroma. Citrus herbal hop taste, sweet malts, some faint spicy piney hints. Light carbonation and body. New World hops make it a less boring British bitter. Got a bit musty, sour and old towards the finish, be nice to try a fresh one. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)
