Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - mid October to end February. Not on the brew schedule for 2006, so current status uncertain.
An easy drinking traditional style ale. Clean and refreshing yet dark and mysterious, Fisherman is a deep coppery red, conjuring up roasted nuts and dark chocolate, with a lingering taste of liquorice and dried fruits.

A bit darker than the Broadside and appears about the same. The bitterness is a bit overwhelming when consumed alone; would be good with some sort of roast.

(Cask, The Wharf, Aalborg) - Dark reddish colour. Roasty, malty nose. The taste is predominantly malty, but with some interesting fruity notes in the background, leading into to a dry, slightly bitter finish.
