Ghost Ship is a ghostly pale ale which takes its inspiration from Adnams 600-year-old haunted pub, The Bell. Brewed with a selection of malts - Pale Ale, Rye Crystal and Cara. We use Citra, and a blend of other American hop varieties to create some great citrus flavours. Bronze Medal Winner at The International Brewing Awards 2013, Silver Medal winner at the 2014 International Beer Challenge and Gold Medal Winner at The Indie Beer Can Awards 2014 (Contains barley & rye). Available (pasteurised) in 500ml bottles and 440ml cans.

A refreshing pale that has lifted hops notes. Not a heavy pale ale but is refreshing.

500ml bottle. Pours a copper colour with small but lingering white head. Strong citrus aroma, lemon, grass and caramel malt. Medium sweet and light to medium bitter, nicely balanced. Slightly thing texture wise but very drinkable. A nice brew!

500ml bottle. Citrus hop aroma. Taste is a bit thin but well balanced with light pithy bitterness. Quite a good one.

Bottle, 500ml. A copper colour with a small head. Aroma of musty hops and citrus, some dough notes. Flavour has roasted malt, biscuit, citric hops, wheat. A slightly bitter, citrus finish. Quite drinkable.

Pours a perfectly clear light amber colour with a long lasting small white head. Aroma medium strong tropical fruit, lots of mango. Light flavour, low bitterness, a little mango, a little pine. Dry finish, medium to medium high carbonation. Great aroma but the low alcohol means it lacks a little in flavour and mouthfeel.

Wow ! was my first impression. Surprisingly really good. Sweet malty, then fairly bitter orange peel, grapefruit peach flavour. Brilliant for a 4.5% beer.

Simple, but same time quite enjoyable. Biscuit maltiness, some caramel, light toast, some grassy hops. Light sweetness with light bitterness. Not a kicker, but quite nice

Bottle from Asda. Golden in colour, with a slight, off-white head and moderate fizziness. A pleasant beer, with some citrus fruit character, biscuity malts, leafy hops and a decent, bitter, finish. Good.
