Spicy, lemon, grassy aromas which follow through on the palate, good sweetness and mouthfeel from the malt to balance the lemon rind bitterness with a dry finish

Cask - The Trafford Arms, Norwich. Fine though lasting whtie to off-white head & a clear copper-amber coloured body. Pleasant enough fruity hop profile with a dose of earthy yeast throughout. Good citric bite with a light toastiness on the palate & a sweet biscuit maltiness. Light to medium body, soft mouthfeel, good condition. Lingering hoppy bitter finish. Quite crisp & suppable.

Hand pullwed at the Old Contemptibles, Birmingham. Nice start: fresh, with leather sofa polish and some lemon cream. Then gets a bit messy, with some hay and kellogs. But... has a nice aftertaste of cascade. Quite good.

Cask @ The Haymarket Bar, Edinburgh. Fruity resin aroma. Reddish, golden amber brown colour, good head. Fruity perfume malt flavour. Quite smooth with bitter sweet aftertaste. Decent golden ale.

Cask @ Tennents Bar. Copper colour, creamy dense off-white head. Nose is malty, slight bitterness, cookie dough. Flavour is light malted, fairly bitter, bit of caramel, maybe some citrus. Medium bodied.

Cask conditioned at The Chequers (Nicholsons), Oxford. Amber with white head. Sharp hoppy, piney beer, seemingly a complete contrast to previous beers brewed with Green Bullet hops today and by far the best. Bitter and drying in the close. Good stuff.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2011 Cask in The Dog & Duck Soho. Pours golden with a touch of brown. Foamy white head and delightful nose of citrous, bit of lime and yes something sugary/soapy like bubble gum. Taste is citrousy green hops and then fairly typical English crystal malt backbone. Nice fresh crisp hoppy bitter but the malt character is a bit dull. Updated: 24/11/11

Cask conditioned handpump Southwark Tavern London. A golden beer with an off-white head. Very obvious Adnams yeast in this throughout. This balances really well with the hops which are sharper than your average Adnams beer but not obviously Green Bullet. This has had a rounded fruity feel to it but its still the Adnams yeast which is the most obvious component. There is no doubt that that yeast works better in this recipe than in any other light beer Adnams do. I thoroughly enjoyed the flavours in here.
